It is flat, and it is located in Keppel Bay, between Singapore's main island and the island of Sentosa. The island is connected to the mainland by the 250 m long cable stayed Keppel Bay Bridge, which opened in 2008. The bridge also carries the lines for power, water, and other services to the island.
